Worst experience please give option for -5 star, don't ever travel in this bus better stay at home or take another one,the behaviour of staffs is too bad and aggressive they used abusive language, charging port is not working,they claim that bus is A/C but A/C is not working properly, Too unhygienic, bedsheet and blanket is used(not washed), curtain is smelling,rest point is very bad they take stay at bar restaurant, female passages are too uncomfortable,both the drivers are drunked,they do drink and drive,the stops at every point ,in each 10-15 mins for passager, the reaching time is 7am but reached at 11:30am,got accident due to drunked drive , staff behaviour is pathetic,they smoke while driving ,don't take this bus at all,not worth it in free also,very bad experience.......!

Do not board this bus. It took me 15 hours to reach from Vijaynagar Indore to Viman nagar, Pune. Bus driver stops any where to take passengers, goes in side the villages, cities to pick up passengers. The routes are not as per plan. Boarded bus at 7.20 pm on 27th May and got down at Viman nagar at 10.15. There were passengers still on board waiting to get down at Nasik Phate, Pimpri, Chinchpada, nigiri. God knows when will they reach. HORRIBLE AND NO OTHER WORD TO EXPRESS. DO NOT BOARD THIS BUS. OF NIRMAL TRAVELS.

I am Traveling from Indore to Nagpur in Bus No MP-41 P-0801 Very Rash Driving Bus is not well Maintained Driver Didn't avoiding speed breaker No power supply in power socket+ its also broken In sleeper you can't sleep properly due to jumps Overall Worst travelling experience ever

Travel from Jalgaon to indore on 26 nov time is 8.30 pm but bus start befor time 15 minutes driver is uncapable to drive it , very slow driving through bhusaval and burhanpur rute , indore reach 1 hour late

To MAHARASHTRA RTO NAGPUR PLZ DONT ALLOW NIRMAL BUS SERVICE FROM NAGPUR TO INDORE FOR PUBLIC TRANSPORT NOW I AM IN BUS NO MP41 P 0801 WITH SLEEPER NO 20 , DRIVER IS JUMPING EVERY SPEED BREAKER , ALSO BIG POT HOLES ...I WAS LITERALLY THROWN 6 INCHES UPWARD WHEN BUS JUMPED AT BIGGER POT HOLES ...I REQUESTED DRIVER TO DRIVE SLOWLY HE REPLIED VERY BADLY THAT GO INSIDE NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO COME IN CABIN ...SINCE I WAS SINGLE AND IN CABIN THEY WERE TWO ,SO THEY BOTH QUARRED WITH ME IN ABUSIVE LANGUAGE THAT " GADI BARABER CHAL RAHI HAI , AGAR TUMKO ITNE BHI JHATKE NAHI SAHAN HOTE TO VOLVO IS AAO" ALSO RAIN STARTED NOW AND WIPER OF BUS IS NOT WORKING, THERE IS CHANCE OF ACCIDENT, Plz RTO officer sir Don't permit this type of non safe buses to transport Public otherwise Major accident will happen...having a sleeper class ticket I don't even sleep for 15 mins till now it's 2:47 am now Plz wake up RTO officers

Worst travels ever seen in entire life, breakdown in middle of journey no cooperation from Ownership.

I have travelled from Indore to Pune by Nirmal travels and the experience was good. Bus was on time and it was a clean as well. I will surely recommend nirmal travels to others. Only one concern the socket is not working.

Worst services. Minus Zero star. Not at all punctual. They run bus according to them. Multiple stops every in every 10 mints.. Bus stop at every small village to get passenger. It took 15 hours journey from pune to indore. Never ever take this bus. If u donot have any option better to stay at home only.

I was happy with the service. The driver was good, even though I missed the bus, he waited for me. The bus was also good. bus got delayed, however it was the first trip of driver, and he was following safe driving rules. so that is ok with me
