Worst review... They are limit less bad I had one of the worst experiences with this bus service. The bus arrived very late without any prior information, and the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. The seats were dirty and uncomfortable, the air conditioning barely worked, and the bus was not properly maintained. The driver drove recklessly, making the journey stressful and unsafe. There were multiple unnecessary stops, causing significant delays. Customer service was completely unhelpful and showed no concern for passengers' complaints. Overall, this was a terrible experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this bus service to anyone and will never use it again. There are far better and more reliable options available. Never ever trust them firt your Booking. I was travelling from indore to Raipur. The whole bus was stranded on a rest stop 2 hrs away from Indore by driver and male staff for more than 2 hour without any intimation. We tried to call them but All phone were switch off and Royal Travel raipur office stopped responding after 2-3 calls... We finally Called Police complaint. They sent us a New Driver who travelled from Aashta MP. this whole matter lasted from 10 pm to 12am. We were also super late next day. No refund, no compensation, no Lunch anything. They also Didn't provided any other snacks In the Bus other than water bottle. Full scam . Dont dont donnt book Royal Travel Ever.

literally One of my worst Journey in bus This Royal Travels are Scammers dont book your bus with this fraudster i booked my journey from Omkareshwar To indore nd my boarding point is From old Bus stand omkareshwar but after 10 mins of my journey The bus operator Deboard all indore passanger saying that the bus is directly going to ujjain and they Deboarded all the Indore passanger and then we have to book new bus and now after complaint this Royal Travels are denying to refund my amount Scammers dont Travel with Royal travels Name hi royal hai service Third class se bhi niche
