The bus service is nice and more comfortable than any other bus services

Overall good experience, clean , and safe.

I traveled from the Gajraj Travels...from Delhi to Indore and I'm highly recommend for the services and behaviour of staff.

Worst experience provided especially misbehave done with passengers also they drive accordingly they do plan accordingly they wait for 1 hours for some personal work and said that we are doing accordingly or create issue with passengers very bed experience with Gajraj bus there are cheap driver or conductor please ladies do not take trip alone with this bus this is not safe.

Giving 1 star because there is no option for 0 or Minus…. 9 AM is arrival time and at 11:25 we are still 180 KM away from destination… Pathetic

Very bad traveler, Staff behaviour like they serve free of cost , don't book tickets with Gajraj Travels and Paytm , they are big liers , wrong timing details.

Poor coordination of staff, I had booked my seats S5S6, from Indore, It was confirmed in the morning with PNR, later in the evening they have changed the bus without any information and provided the last seats of bus.. And another bus reaching time is 3 hours later than the bus I had booked....And even after asking anything to the staff, they are rudely answering and asking for cancellation if you do not want travel at the time of buses... Bus cleaning is very bad...no proper curtains, pillows... It was a pathetic experience...I would never recommand to book this (Gajraj) travels.

I'm travelling from Ujjain to Delhi. The conductor is drunk plus the cabin glass is broken because of which the AC is not working. Pathetic service👎 I'm giving minus ranking to this bus.

I have travelled, the bus was good but the conductor take my phone while using and given the rating by himself and this was really very bad how anybody can take the phone and give the rating by himself. Really very disappointed.
