Travel: Mumbai to Dewas I had a very pleasant journey with Intercity Travels from Mumbai to Dewas. The overall experience was smooth, comfortable, and professionally managed. The staff was polite, respectful, and always willing to help. The driver and conductor behaved professionally, responded to passenger queries courteously, and ensured proper coordination during boarding and throughout the journey. Passenger comfort and safety were clearly a priority. The bus was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for long-distance travel. The onboard toilet facility was a wonderful addition, making the journey much more comfortable, especially on a long route. The seating, interiors, charging points, lighting, and overall design added to the premium travel experience. For the fare charged, the service was definitely worth it. This is how a premium bus service should operate—with professionalism, punctuality, and genuine customer care. Intercity Travels has set a high standard for long-distance bus travel. I would happily choose Intercity Travels again for my next journey and highly recommend it to anyone traveling on this route.
Very bed experience in intercity Traval bus service staff behaviour also very bad
Worst service of you are boarding their bus make sure you forget about all the plans that you have because their buses isn’t going to drop you on time . They will pick random people from in between the routes like a ordinary bus would do and if you ask them why there is delay they will tell you to go and complain whoever you want to so you left with no choice
