Too 300 rupees for the booking and informed me that my bus is at 9 PM byt the bus timing was 8:20 PM and i missed the bus. They didn’t refund the amount and charged me another 350 for the ticket

Very third class language and behaviour of indore staff. They double payment required for already paid ticket. Gali deke baat karte hai

जयश्री बस जो इंदौर से रामपुरा, भानपुरा, गरोठ तक चलती है, उसका नंबर MP44ZD5566 है, उस बस में डबल सीट बुक न करें। इस जगह में डबल आदमी फिट नहीं हो सकता. उनसे कुछ भी पूछो तो गाली-गलौज करने लगते हैं।

The way my luggage was handled during trip was very bad. At the end of my journey I couldn't recognise my trolley bag. My neat and clean bag before journey was a amalgamation of dirt, mud and trolley at end. Negative Quality, Professionalism, Value

Pathetic service and cheaters, booked tickets from red bus but their staff took me on other local bus and given seat, later that other local bus charged me for travel. So I have paid twice. Bann this agency.

I visited this to send someone off, the available staff were less responsive. They don't care what for you there. Bus service may be ok as bus came on time but staff there was of no use.
