Worst travel service. Very bad condition of seats, bed sheets are not washed very dirty. AC stop working after one hour of journey for whole night.
Extremely poor staff doesn't have manners to talk with their passenger. Bus was very good. But the staff is extremely poor and mannerless.
The worst service ever. I wait for the hus and the bus was not canclled. And the bus operator and paytm helpline no one give response to me. Even fhey are not giving any information about bus

गतिया सर्विस कहीं का बोलकर कहीं उतार देते हैं। एक बार मैंने ट्रैवलिंग किया। इंदौर से गढ़ाकोटा सागर में ही उतार दिया। फिर दूसरी बार फिर उसी बस में संजोग बस ट्रैवलिंग किया तो damoh के पहले सागर में ही उतार दिया..और कंप्लेंट करने पर एक भी कंप्लेंट नंबर इन लोगों का नहीं लगता है....जितना हो सके इस बस सर्विस से बचके रहो, नहीं तो आगे जाकर आपको कहीं ना कहीं ठोकर खानी है....आज मेरे साथ दोबारा ऐसा हुआ है....
worst service ever I faced... no manner of taking.. m never gonna Travel in this bus.. sarkar upkar from ahmedabad to Ujjain.. didn't help me to keep my laggage and still charge me extra.... extrimly bed behaviour.. hate you guys... I traveled 3 times in your bus... but now will never Travel... no respact for regular customer
tyre burst on the way from indore to surat.he had no jack and no paana .he called another bus driver for jack.he did with hammer further procedure because of having no paana.ha had no spare tyre as well.he joined damaged spare tyre and said that he will change after 20 km drive a new tyre.now he is not changing it and driving with damaged tyre saying that Chal jayega
