Bus driver refuse to pick up passenger from designated pickup point and asked me to come to different location at the time of boarding time, behaviour of staff is very rude and they don't even answer general queries and will try to assassinate your character if you ask questions, this is the worst travel agency I have booked after Hans travels agency, everyone better travel in train if you already paying and getting reservation if you want a decent behaviour treatment

Good service.infront of Gangwal bus stand Indore City.Good number of services to వాటి routes in Gujarat and Rajasthan available. They have their own Android app also.

The worst travels....humanity nam ki chiz nhi hai....the staff was damn rude and they don't bother to help female passengers. They didn't stop bus at the stop and even denied to keep our luggage in the bus.. We walked about half km with the heavy luggage.. It was worst experience...if the staff can't help us. ."mat kro help, we can manage " but atleast service to shi do.. Free me nhi jarhe hai.. We have paid enough to have a comfortable journey..

Wrost bus experience ever totally third class service bus have worst disgusting Village routes and we stuck in the village on 4 pm in the night they have no any facilities right now

This is the facility where you can buy the bus tickets for going out the city where you want and they have a large no. of buses so you dont need to wait for the buses and they have a regular schedule buses so you can book with online and offline as well and you can go there also to book the tickets and they have there own selling tickets platform so from that you can book the tickets their buses have a good quality seats and facility like they provide TV for entertainment purpose and also they have a sleeper buses their buses are running in the state as well as other states and they also have a cleaner for their buses and they can reach their destination in less amount of time and they have different boarding and drop point for the customers and also their buses has a huge amount of space to keep the luggage and they are safe because of they are locked in their locker of bus so they have all precaution for this

Totally scrap condition vehicles run on road specially indore to rampura route vehicle if your travel time 5 hour it take 1.5 hour complementary for tyre repairing, headlight repairing....

Worst experience ever!!! Will never suggest anyone to book this travels !!!! Very irresponsible!!!!! I would prefer canceling the travel rather than traveling in Gagan travels. I was traveling from pune to Indore last week before Diwali in Gagan travels. The bus was 1 hr late to reach the pick up point. Then till 2 am in the morning the bus could reach only 100 kms outside pune. It broke down due to engine failure which was confirmed by a mechanic who spent 1.5 hrs trying to repair it. The bus owners and office people stopped receiving our calls as soon as they found out about this. The substitute bus came at 8 am the next day to pick us up. This bus broke down around Manpur which is around 80 km out of Indore. Finally we had to board a ICTSL bus coming from sendhwa to reach Indore. The bus drivers, owners of bus, office people were completely irresponsible and unapologetic for the situation we had to suffer. Also, they were very rude and disrespectful in behavior when we tried expressing how discomforable the entire experience was. Please don't opt for this bus service ever!!!!

Very good service. Today a incident happened I have to catch a bus from other bus stop and I am this bus stop and I became panic but the staff of Gagan Travels Gangwal bus stand gave me support and shifted booking thanks to all staff very good and friendly, understanding people. I am happy now 🙏😄 …

Very poor bus service. All labours were stuffed like vegetable on seats and middle passage.. For this facility they charged 1500Rs. Pathetic service. Do not travel with this one. Staff was also non-cooperative.
