Firstly thanks to trip capsule for awesome Himachal tour.... This is my first solo trip... It was so enjoyable... I recently had the unfortunate experience of booking a trip with Trip Capsule, and I regret it deeply. From start to finish, the entire experience was a disaster. Firstly, the itinerary provided was extremely vague and lacked important details. When I reached out to customer service for clarification, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses.
We booked our Dubai trip from Trip capsule. All the arrangements were top notch and hassle free. We didn't have to worry about anything. It was really an awesome experience on time response from team trip capsule.

FRAUD || SCAM This is a fraud agency. Beware of Trip Capsule and Hemant Joshi. I booked a staycation through them at Glam Stay, Ahinsa Parvat, Patalpani, Indore after being shown beautiful ads and promises of a clean, comfortable stay. Hemant Joshi personally asked me to pay an advance amount to confirm the booking. But when I reached the property, the reality was SHOCKING. The room was dirty, unhygienic and completely unlivable. The bathroom was filthy and it maintained at all. It was nothing like what Trip Capsule advertised. Out of disgust, I immediately walked out of the place. When I informed Mr. Hemant Joshi about the issue, he pretended to be understanding and even said I would get a refund since I didn't stay. But after that he completely stopped responding, no calls, no message, no refund. Trip Capsule is running a scam. They lure customers with fake promises, take your advance and then disappear.
