A total #scamster booking & agency. We had a really bad experience overall, we booked the package of Himachal and manali costing 14000/-per person. We had a lack of judgement when we booked because of the jetlag, but keep in mind that they cheat with you, that they promise you things that will never happened! They promised us the whole package includes each sight seeing entry and everything but they couldn't meet the promises they made. Overall a big no to them and if you do bookings with them then you must check thoroughly about everything. *Total Fraud and Scam*

We booked pawna lake camping for new year eve. It was well organized and coordinated.I think they joined with local vendors.The food was good and authentic.transport was also proper. The only thing to improve is toilet..Rest everything was best..

It was nice trip overall.ketan is very good organizer and was available on just a call during entire trip. The tour experience was great as the cab driver and guide has good knowledge thanks trip capsule team

I had the unfortunate experience of booking a trip with this travel company, and it was a complete disaster. The management was utterly inept, and the so-called "hotel" they provided felt more like a rundown dharamshala. The food was not only cheap but also of terrible quality, and they had the audacity to charge exorbitant prices for it. To make matters worse, when I voiced my concerns, they resorted to threats, making it clear that customer satisfaction was the least of their concerns. I strongly advise against booking any trips with this company – it's a complete rip-off and a nightmare waiting to happen.
