I went to them with high expectations because they're marketing was very professional and they even sounded very professional on call, which is something I always prefer but must I say, I was utterly disappointed. Absolutely nothing about my order was correct except for the colour of the T shirt. The size was wrong, the design was incomplete, the placements were messed up. Not only that they took way long than promised only to deliver an incomplete and wrong product. I had to bear the loss of the order plus I had to call and talk to my customers and apologise for everything. Absolutely do not recommend them ! They also have terrible customer care as they never call back and never reply to your messages.

Full payment was taken in advance with assurances of professional manufacturing and proper quality standards, but the final products delivered were far below expectations. Major defects included poor stitching quality, incorrect single stitching instead of agreed double stitching, damaged and uneven neck labels, weak finishing, and lack of proper QC. Even after returning the products for correction, the same issues remained unresolved. After payment, communication and response quality became extremely unprofessional. Serious concerns regarding commitment, accountability, and production standards. I would strongly advise clothing brand owners and business buyers to avoid using their services unless proper inspection and strict quality verification are done before full payment. My experience was highly disappointing.
