GD Art Store

I place my order from GD Art Store for the first time and I want to share my experience with you all. Firstly I was quite hesitate to order materials from any insta page after having really bad Experience and then I found their contact number and had a word with their team, they are so polite and patiently understands my situation and also resolved my query. I really feel greatful to find this genuine online store. Guys Don't hesitate...just go and order from their page. I also compared the quality and prices from other online as well as offline stores and seriously their prices and quality are amazing. Great work team GD ART STORE 👏

The store has a great selection of epoxy resins, pigments, and molds — perfect for both beginners and more advanced crafters.

I have placed an order with them and it's been 5-6 days, still they have not shipped my order and when I call them they don't respond, also I have tried to contact them through message but they don't respond..I have already paid for my products and haven't received anything nor any response as when I will receive it...such poor customer service they provide.. after saying order will be shipped on priority basis, they don't stick to their words.. utterly disappointing and unethical.

Very good store for resin, candel and trousseau packing

I had placed an order on 26 sep & it was confirmed also but got a call from their team saying one product is sold out. I told them to put another color. I got a wrong tracking id on 2 oct but after that no reply, no messages & no professionalism.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE DO NOT BUY I went to that shop for the first time and they have me wrong product so when I went back to that shop to return the product they didn't took it and talked very rudely and specially the guy they and there were 4 people all were talking rudely and a maid was also there who gave me wrong product was just standing there and blamed me

do not buy from them. Specially the website, they take order. Then give no update. You ll have to message them multiple times. After 3/5 days you’ll get a reply but no use. The order may not be delivered ever or will be delivered after a month or so. Saving all the peopleee Do nottt buy from the website

Hello , I am kirti Verma from Indore I am a candle artist and @kirtikandle, this is my insta page. I recently bought candle-making raw materials from GD Store, and I’m very satisfied with the quality. The wax is clean-burning, wicks burn evenly, and the fragrance oils are long-lasting and true to scent. Colors and dyes blend well, giving candles a smooth finish. Everything comes well-packed, prices are reasonable, and their customer service is helpful and reliable. GD Store is a great one-stop shop for all candle-making needs.

Worst store. Don't buy from them. They don't even reply to messeges and they don't receive the calls. One item is missing from my parcel. They don't refund the amount. After trying to connect several days they told me that they will refund the amount. But I haven't received that amount yet. They are fraud.

Very poor service. I have not recieved my parcel since a month now and when tried to connect them they don't respond. Did not solve the problem. And their website shows order is being dispatched since past one month. Never buy products from them as you may be one of them who won't recieve the parcel
