Dear HHW Fitness Team, Thank you for your understanding and for resolving the issue with the dumbbells. I appreciate your prompt response and the effort to fix the problem without passing on any additional burden to us. I look forward to staying connected for future deals ( "We bought dumbbells and plates from HHW Fitness and had some issues with the equipment within a few months. Although it was frustrating at first, the HHW Fitness team took responsibility and handled the situation professionally. They resolved the issue without any additional costs, showing their dedication to customer satisfaction. Their commitment to making things right has restored our trust in their brand, and we’re eager to continue our business with them. Highly recommend HHW Fitness for both their products and responsive service.") Best regards
I had taken CrossFit from your showroom and after 15 days taking dirty noises started from the machine even after checking by your team. The problem was not resolved yet. Now showroom staff demanding more money and force to purchase another machine high cost. I feel cheated by HHW Health and Fitness (Bad service and product,)
