Good shop ever
Rathore glass house is my shop
Nice shop & Good work
Highly irresponsible service, order and forget ,no response,no sense of work managment, and does not bother about value of precious time
A Frustrating Experience with Rathore Glass In January 2024, I hired Rathore Glass to install a door on my wardrobe. The very next day, the door had to be removed to shift some items. The technician reinstalled it, and it worked well for about 15 days. After that, all the wheels on the door came off. It is now August 2025, and I have been continuously following up with them to fix the issue. Every time I call, they ask for my address but never send anyone. It seems they are only interested in new projects and neglect existing customers. I would strongly advise everyone to think carefully before hiring them. Their lack of commitment to after-sales service is extremely disappointing.
Very disappointing experience. The staff is responsive and helpful at the time of purchasing the material, but once the product is delivered, customer service completely disappears. Calls go unanswered, and there is no after-sales support for any issues related to the delivered products. The quality of the products was also not up to expectations. I would not recommend this shop if you value reliable service and post-purchase support.
