STAY10 Service apartment Hotel

A great VFM place to stay in Indore if you are there with your family. Location and locality is good. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Breakfast served is very tasty. Staff is friendly and helpful. While they do not have a restaurant serving food round the clock, some decent eateries are 5 - 10 mins drive away and ordering takeaway is also easier. Staff helped deliver tea from a nearby stall. Owners also stay on the top floor of the same building and are easily accessible. We also rented their vehicle at a reasonable rate for a day tour of the city. Ola and Uber services also easily available.

Warm and caring--these are the sentiments that came to my mind after staying at Stay 10. The property is located in a nice residential area, and the proprietor Mr Anshul Gupta really went the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. It is a some distance away from the city centre but transport was not a problem. The staff really helped me find an alternative when the Uber was taking unduly long. Comfortable rooms, well furnished with clean toilets.The icing on the cake was a very homely breakfast. Would recommend this option to visitors , especially families. We were traveling and had to stay over night at indore and chose this place. This is a cozy place located in the heart of the city. The property is well maintained and offers studio and 2BHK apartment at a reasonable price. All rooms have provision to sleep at least 4adults. The rooms are equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed. The 2BHK can accommodate more. The staff is very hospitable and try their best to make you feel comfortable. The owner Mr. Gupta stays on the top floor in the same building and that ensures that the place with well maintained and guests are well taken care. They also provide local breakfast which is awesome. Would recommended this place for family and group stay. True value for money. Over all a good experience 👍

This place is good and clean to stay with all facilities in the flat. I chose this because the location is very favourable within city and in calm area. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. Breakfast is usually included . Decent Poha and Tea. I would recommend this place for families and friends for a cozy stay. Stayed yesterday here. Most pathetic stay ever. Bathrooms were dirty and without any amenities. Fans were noisy. We booked this for night stay for a good night sleep as we were travelling to Jaipur but whole night noises of different kind were coming from above floors making us not to sleep. Road side noise was also there. Kettle in the room was full of rust. Upon asking he gave me another kettle which was having cockroaches staying in it. They are charging like a 3 star hotel but it’s not even 1 star. Not recommended to anyone.

Value for money. Location is amazing, quite and calm locality, spacious rooms. We opted for a 2BHK unit (Room No 101) which has 2 bathrooms and a semi functional kitchenette, small balcony facing lush green trees. Staff is cooperative, Mr Badal took care of our needs and provided with quick service. Overall a satisfactory stay. Very helpful staff and we had an amazing stay as they were just a call away whenever needed. Absolutely well maintained, neat and clean place. We were provided with all the amenities mentioned. Pretty spacious room. It was just a home away from home for us since we traveled for a medical emergency. They were very helpful during the entire stay of 12 days. I would definitely opt for this place whenever back to Indore.

I've photos and videos with time, date and location stamp. 2. We didn't stay at Stay10 even for 15 hours. 3. We requested cancellation against medical emergency at my native. 4. Please do not try to mix two issues, you gulped our ₹21,000 we didn't uttered a word in my precious review Part-1. I am just informing potential visitors or guests to your property and making them aware of the unhygiene, unsafe and dirty property conditions at Stay10. 5. One of the auto rider informed me that your property seeks solicited-good reviews. 6. For our refund, as we booked through Agoda, we will deal with Agoda. 7. Effort of review is to let people know how false the reviews of your property are. I have shared evidences, a picture speaks itself. 8. Mrs.Joshi being rude was a reply to extreme rudeness of Mr.Gupta. She didn't start rude out of blue, there was a context behind.. 9. I think effort is to hide unhygienic condition in the apartment and divert the reader and give impression that ours is one of the odd case. Review Part - 1 Those who love hygiene and want to live in neat and clean environment please do not stay at Stay10. My review is not paid. So be assure of honesty and I'm sharing the evidences too! Infrastructure : 1. Cracked and broken wash basins. 2. Rotten plywood doors for bathrooms. 3. Inferior quality furniture. 4. No appropriate locking doors for balcony. Unhygiene : 1. Absolutely filthy dirty washrooms. 2. Bathrooms dirty. 3. All cupboards dirty. 4. Electrical kettle with scales and unhygienic. Safety : 1. Put on the shower it bathes electrical circuit of the geyser . 2. Balcony cannot be locked. 3. The owner Gupta is very rude and arrogant.
