We stayed as a family at Stay10 2 weeks back. It is a very nicely managed facility and was surprised at the friendly nature of the staff. Rooms are very clean and are contemporary. The breakfast is served in an informal setting but the taste of Poha and aloo bonda was very good.

First of all we have been cheated on. We made a booking for 4 people for an entire service apartment here at Stay 10. When we reached there we found out that it is a small room with only one queen size bed that can accommodate two people and one sofa cum bed which can accommodate only one person so max 3 people that too with a lot of discomfort. When we raised our concern we were told this is what it is. Again it is not luxury rooms at all. Everything is substandard including the service they provide. They are a bunch of unprofessional people who had no idea of hospitality. We were spoken with very rudely and the staff was so disinterested in serving us that it was pathetic to say the least. We had 2 guests over for half an hour and they were mistreated too. I will never recommend this to anyone. The water served is unhygienic and so are the bathrooms. Extremely cramped place in the name of service apartments. These are regular rooms converted to cramped service apartments. Good way of cheating the customers. We made a booking the consecutive day as we couldn't check out at 10 in the morning. Also no breakfast was provided we came out at 10 am and they told us it is shut. If your customers are smart enough good for you. I would wait for them to check out your so called apartments by themselves and then decide. Travel group Friends Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 4

Overall good experience, we stayed in 2 BHK studio apartment. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Comfortable stay as they provide induction and other kitchen stuff so we could make tea which gives satisfaction as we get home made tea 😊. I had a wonderful stay at STAY10! The apartment was homely, safe, and well-maintained with a fully equipped kitchen. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing me to order food from outside. They even provided infant milk and were pet-friendly. This place is really well managed. The rooms are neat and tidy. You won't have a 'bad linen day' here. The property owner 'Mr. Anshul' is very friendly and supportive. Yashpal and Sooraj are the pillars of this establishment. The location of this property is also Good. Serene mornings, good breakfast, comfortable bed and guess what your own kitchen. Pocket friendly property with all the amenities of a hotel. Thanks Anshul bhaiya, yashpal and Sooraj bhai for all your support and help.

Had an amazing stay here. The staff is too humble and courtesious. They hounred all our requests without any hassles. They even went out of there way to make it a memorable stay. In this trip I spend 2 nights at Stay 10 and other 2 nights at a 5 star hotel. And I can any day say that Stay 10 was far better compared to 5 star hotel. The staff here makes the stay so good. Hats off to the team at Stay 10. Keep up the good work.
