I have a doubt on their GST collection. The hotel is in MP. The GST no.24AACCG8637Q1Z0 in the bill is of Gujarat a Pharma Company. Second – if you do not have a proper restaurant -- do not charge Complementary Breakfast and that too at 9.00 -- better offer your price with a choice of with breakfast or without breakfast. Adding response to your reply. I thought, reviews are for sharing the experience, which could develop customer-service provider improvement. Intention is not to hurt you. I am grateful to you for providing me bread butter and jam at 7.30 am. My suggestion was, if there is an element of money included in the room charge for breakfast (for providing complimentary breakfast) – can it be separated for the convenience of those who wish to skip breakfast. There is no comment lessening your service, room ambience, courtesy, cleanliness. They are great. Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 4

Got an opportunity to experience Stay 10 during my recent trip to Indore. It's an amazingly comfortable service apartment to stay at right in the center of the city. Rooms are modern and well equipped, kitchens and living rooms have all the facilities to make you feel at home, and the staff is extremely cooperative. The icing on the cake is a very beautiful and lush green terrace garden which is perfect for small gatherings and get togethers. Best Service Apartment in Indore at a very reasonable price. It's a brand new place and we have really liked it. Service is very prompt. People who are visiting Indore for 2 days or more specially with family, I certainly recommend Staying here over a Hotel. They also have a nice kitchen (so you can feel almost at home). I wish all the best for Stay 10 staff and hope thy maintain the same standards in the coming days.

I recently stayed in Stay 10 with my family and enjoyed every moment of it. We were more than comfortable. It was a wonderful experience. The owner is a gem of a guy, who understands the requirements of a customer and reaches out. In a short time, he too became a part of our family. I must say it's a Home away from Home. After a lot of research for finding a place in Indore for arranging stay for my relatives & friends to attend engagement/wedding function for my SIL at Indore, I short listed Stay10. Spoke to Owner Mr.Anshul and gave him my requirements including days of stay & food requirements. I needed accommodation/food for close to 50 people. He gave me best quote and assured me of hassle free stay & home made food. I booked the same with utmost good faith as well as positive reviews on Google and other sites. Stayed here for 5N6D and booked several 2bhks n studios apartments. It was a hassle free check in. Mr Anshul was always available on phone & WhatsApp even when he was traveling abroad, this shows his commitment for customer satisfaction. Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner is home cooked as per our requirements and cost is very decent. They have 4*2bhks & 1studios on 1st and 2nd floor and few studios on G floor. Owner n his family stay on 3rd floor and private garden/terrace which the owner was very kind enough to allow my relatives to have breakfast & lunch on Terrace which was a serene experience. Being a service apartment, all basic amenities were provided including free WiFi. Market is walkable distance for any shopping. Special thanks to Mr. Yashpal who takes care of literally everything onboard, be it check in or food requirements or housekeeping. He ensures that the stay is pleasant and stress free. He addresses any complaints immediately. Have already appreciated the cook coz his food taste was on top of the world. Only minor niggle I found during my stay was that Lunch n dinner was lately served for 50+ guest which is still acceptable considering that they aren't used to such requirements in bulk. But the staff was trying their very best. Overall a must stay place in Indore. Looking forward to stay here again. Cheers.. Capt.Vijay

We booked some apartments at stay10 for us and our guests for my wedding. We totally liked the place and it's staff. Wi-Fi signal is something which needs to be worked upon but rest everything was great. Especially the apartment owner Anshul Gupta, he is very co-operative guy. We could easily perform all our rituals like our own home. Must recommended place for families going to visit Indore.
