Good option to stay in Indore to visit. different locations... Its a appartment style rooms like 1 BHK, 2BHK etc Rooms are spacious and clean have basic amenities.. The property is realy clean and well maintained.Room was spacious with all facilities and internet.The location is good as well and can reach tourist and cultural places with cab in less than 15 mins. I stayed for 2 nights vth my family friends.great experience.staff r very helpful n supportive.Owner Mr. Gupta is so kind that I don't have any words to say.In future if I would get the chance to visit M.P. definitely I would prefer this place vth my family or friends.breakfast was home made. Stay at your own risk! Absolutely filthy place. The raving reviews and pictures are stage managed and we were among the unfortunate ones who were basically duped by this hotel owner. The rooms were unliveable: bed had stain marks, the walls had filth all over them, the bathroom seemed like it had never been cleaned before, the rooms reeked of cigarette smell and there were visible cigarette burns on the upholstery (even though the hotel calls itself a smoke free building)… the list can go on and on. Due to limited options in the city at night when we checked in, we had no option but to spend the night somehow and believe we never stayed there. When we shared our direct feedback with the owner the next morning, he behaved as if he was oblivious to the state of these rooms (which is obviously not the case and he has no intention of changing anything). Still don’t believe me? Try checking any of the adverse reviews to see the attitude of the owner towards feedback he doesn’t like and his oft repeated response, “we didn’t find your booking.” Unfortunately we happened to take *real* pictures of this mess of a “hotel” during our stay there.

Very comfortable and cosy. The owner and the staff make you feel at home. The staff is always happy to help out. Rooms equipped with everything required in a regular service apartment. Location is very good and in a quiet and calm residential area. Very close to market area.

I was traveling with family and had to stay over night at Indore and chose this place for safety and comfort. This is a cozy place located in the heart of the city. The property is well maintained and offers studio and 2BHK apartment at a reasonable price. The room had a double bed and a sofa bed, enough to accommodate 4 adults. Washroom was clean. The staff was very hospitable and tried their best to make us feel comfortable. The owner Mr. Gupta stays on the top floor in the same building and that ensures that the place with well maintained and guests are well taken care. Would recommended this place for family and group stay. True value for money. Over all a good experience. Suggestions for owner: need to ensure hygiene all over the place and make it cleaner, must follow cobid guidelines by wearing masks and providing sanitizers. Should have a small sink at min kitchen for quick wash of cups and plates. Remove the stinking smell from the store room at ground floor.
