The location is good. The apartment is well maintained but being old (about 8 years), need refurbishment and renovation. The morning breakfast has been discontinued but tea is available all the time on request. The breakfast (hot Kande pohe and samosa/kachori) is available at about 250 meters walking distance from the apartment and it is delicious. The nearby grocery store has all provisions and it is very convenient. The utensils are bare-minimum but adequate. It will be good if they can be upgraded whenever they plan for refurbishment. The general cleanliness was satisfactory. Being monsoon season, it was difficult to avoid water stains. The most satisfying part was the attitude of staff and their courteousness. Mr Rahul and his team took good care. All the best.At the reception Rahul ji was always available to take care of things .. would like to stay one more time .. rooms are very beautiful .. we took two bhk apartment and it was very spacious and clean ..beautiful maintainance in short a very convenient place to stay during vacation.. We stayed there for 25 days for business purpose and it had become our home. The owner and the staff are the best part of the place. Very warm, helpful and hospitable. They provided us with daily room service, 20 liters of water filter, fresh towels and breakfast, even though most service apartments dont provide these. The location is also great as it is very calm and peaceful in a residential area. Would surely recommend for anyone staying at Indore for business or work purpose. I stayed in STAY10 from 23rd to 25th. The Apartment was well equiped with water boiler, kitchen, fridge and AC in all the rooms. My stay was awesome. Apartment is very spacious. We found the Reception Staff Rahul very friendly, fast and obliging. We were very happy to be given extended stay after our small request. We were very happy and pleased with 2 days stay & all the staff members are cooperative and helpful. Must stay here when one is in Indore.
