Hotel Mumbai House Vijay Nagar Nr.Brilliant Convention Center

It was very great experience food and service Quality was good specially thanks to Ms Divyani And Ravi Sikarwar at front office for making and ensuring that our stay comfortable and well

Ravi Sikarwar was a great host at the hotel, he made sure that all problems were solved almost instantly. I had an issue with water scarcity, however, they ordered a water tank in advance that resolved this issue within 5 minutes. In addition to this, he changed my room to my preference in no time and got everything arranged accordingly. Anand Yadav was the housekeeping manager, who arranged the water and toiletries on time irrespective of the time. Lastly, Pramod Yadav from the restaurant left no stone unturned to show true hospitality and made all the modifications in the food according to my preferences. Being a Punjabi, I have a very distinct taste of things as I initially didn’t like the Parontha that was served, however, Pramod Ji understood my requirements and conveyed it to the chef who did his magic in the next one that I ordered. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, would love to stay again in the future. It is one of the best hotel that I have ever experienced. Me and my family stayed in room no. 002 which was very spacious, comfortable and luxurious. It was a very nice experience in it and the price of the room was very very reasonable. We all enjoy here a lot. I stayed at Mumbai House Hotel for 10 days, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Although the room appeared clean when I checked in, I noticed that the bed sheets and pillow covers were not changed regularly. Housekeeping only folded and rearranged the same linens instead of replacing them, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. The room service was also extremely poor. Whenever I ordered food, it took a minimum of 2–3 hours to arrive. On many occasions, after placing an order, I was informed that the requested food item was not available. Overall, the service quality was very poor, and the hotel failed to meet basic hospitality standards. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. I had a wonderful experience with the hospitality and service. A special mention to the front office staff, especially Ms. Divyani and Ravi, who were very courteous, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. Their warm attitude and prompt assistance made the experience even more pleasant. Highly recommended!
