Such a pathetic response from hotel staff, hotel ambiance is not good, hygiene is not in room and they don’t have rooms where guest can rest without any noise or disturbance. Trip type Business Travel group Solo Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

1. Well maintained 2. E-commerce friendly 3. Customer satisfaction 4. Meeting hall facility 5. Well ventilated 6. Contour decor 7. Hot spot 8. Well furnished 9. Economical All good, except sometimes the power goes off ( not frequently ). But it's managed by hotel smoothly by backup genset.

We stayed here in Room No.103 as no Rooms were available in their another Hotel Amrit Residency. Its a nice hotel but doesn't have restrictions on drinking by room mates rather it should be strictly curbed by the owner. We vacated on 28th morning (Dec 22) and on night of 27th lot of people were given rooms on sharing basis. We both are Sr. Citizens and till mid night we had to hear loud and filthy talks with continuous drinking with doors wide open. As we had to depart early morning we didn't interfere with the nuisance. But it was certainly intolerent. The Room has a good living space and also has a dressing room .Toilet is western and has hand shower and a working geyser. But the problem is the water flow or pressure in the tap is so low that once if flushing is done then no water flows in the wash basin or even in the hand shower. The bathroom drain stinks upon flushing. The bathroom ventilator has broken glass and mosquitos have free run upto living room. The tap flow is really meager. The linens are changed very late in the day when we are taking rest. But the bed sheets are old and are torn at many places. The shower is for names sake and is not usable for lack of pressure. The only advantage is the very polite and courteous staff and attendants. Breakfast is of sandwicthes, poha, paranthas, uttapam, upama on alternate days, fruits, corn flakes, tea/coffee, and eggs on order. The quality of food is good. The room has electric kettle with adequate supply of dairy whitener and tea/coffee saches. The parking is in open but the advantage is it is fully visible from the front desk so feeling of security for the vehicle is there. The entry is not disabled friendly and has steps and staircase. But lift is operational. Has a party /conference hall. The location is very close to near by no. of Malls and main roads. petrol pump is also in next door. The owner should focus on the curbing of drinking openly and avoiding nuisance to other inmates especially families. The rent is on higher side and needs many improvements. The stink in bathroom fills up in living room. It was a pleasure trip for us and we drove ourselves from Pune non-stop in 13 hours. The outside aesthetic of the Hotel is very impressive. It was good to stay here. Room service was little bit delay but it's okay. Night time of restaurant could be delay, and breakfast time should be some early. Rooms: 4 Service: 3 Location: 4
