I recently stayed at Hotel Kanha Shree in Indore and had a great experience. The staff, especially receptionist Shalini Prajapati, were super helpful and made my check-in smooth. The location was fantastic in the city. However, I felt the breakfast options were a bit limited. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel for its excellent service and prime location 👍. The hotel was really good the rooms were very neat and clean the receptionist especially Ms Shalini ma'am is a very kind and professional person Thank you to the entire Kanha Shree Team.

1 Star Review Very disappointing experience. Even after making an online booking, the hotel charged me extra without giving any proper explanation. I also paid additional but the hotel is refusing to provide a proper bill despite repeated requests. A hotel refusing to issue a bill after accepting payment is completely unprofessional and raises serious concerns about transparency. I have called multiple times, but there has been no cooperation from the staff. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you stay here, make sure to confirm all charges in advance and insist on a proper bill before making any extra payment. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

Stayed in this property for three nights and the service was good. The room was big enough and spacious and it was clean, hygienic and well maintained, bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. The staff was cooperative and room service was very good. But the only con of this hotel is it's location, it is situated little bit away from Vijay Nagar main area, otherwise it is a good hotel for stay in Indore. Their breakfast option is limited and not buffet like breakfast, but it was super tasty too. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 4

Had a great stay here. Value for money for sure. The staff was really good and had a helping nature — they went out of their way to assist us. Special mention: they provided a change room even after check out which was super convenient. Also appreciated that they serve pure vegetarian food. Would definitely recommend!
