Location is good, staff is good, food is good. Natural place.Peace full place. All activities are good|Five categories room - vintage room, glass room, lon tent room, deluxe room, pool tent. 4times food service, indoor and outdoor activities including etc.
We recently visited this resort with friends and family. The pictures on website are highly misleading. Staff and management are highly mismanaged and arrogant. We pre-booked tents and upon reaching delux rooms were allocated, upon asking, management asked to vacate the place and not ready to refund. No cleanliness, no hygiene and no Vivid precautions. I would highly not recommended anyone to visit this place. Highly overrated. Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
To all those who are booking a room in this resort via their website, they are scaming people charging ₹8k for all the rooms, some rooms are good but others are very small and the price of 8k is not at all justified for these small ones. The rooms didn’t have any table, chairs, almirah, lack basic things. Our room was literally on the roof, it was very small and not comfortable at all. In our case they scamed us by sending photos of some other rooms on Whatsapp and gave us the smallest and the worst ones. Also, after checkout they have said that they will send us the bill on Whatsapp, still haven’t received it. Summing it up, not a place to visit again at all. Utterly dissapointed.
