Unwind Resort

Excellent place to visit with family and friends. Below are few points from my stay 1. Food is very simple yet delicious, 2. No fancy items but taste os awesome. 3. Pool is quite good with luke warm water in diffrent small section. 4. If you are visiting with kids then make sure you carry some swimming costumes because water depth is a bit higher side for kids. 5. For adults the water depths is 4.5 feet in all over the pool so if you have short height then make sure you carry some swimming costumes to help you in pool like air tube etc, They didn't provide any item like this. 6. Since it is a wellness center,They provide only veg food. 7. They have golf course, cricket ground, horce ridding, paddles boating and kaya King. 8. I would suggest to book tent rooms if you are more interested on pool side, otherwise delux room to avoid noise. Prices are I think same. 9. They say alcohol is not allowed outside, you can have in your rooms but honestly if there are less croud then you can enjoy alcohol pool side. 10. When I visited with my friends, we booked pool side tent rooms and enjoyed alcohol outside Because three more couples were there and they were enjoying the same. Situation was quite favorable for us, 11. Staff is really well and cooperative and ready to serve you any time. Conclusion: Fully satisfied. The experience we had at the resort horrible. The behaviour of the staff was not god including top management . There were no safety measures in regarding of COVID-19. The rooms were not sanitized after being use. The sport activities are just seems to be like on paper...they are not properly maintained. In short its just a waste of time to go there Travel group Family Rooms: 1 Service: 1

The experience we had at the resort was not unwinding at all. The behaviour of the staff was underrated. There were no safety measures in regarding of COVID-19. The rooms were not sanitized after being used. Higher Management themselves are not at all co-operative. Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

The staff only believes in taking your money once you arrive or maybe beforehand but the service is extraordinarily poor. No one to give water, take care of food & to take manage rooms in case you pay for extra beds. One of the few places with very poor management. Nikhil, eva, sachin or any other member from management everyone shuts there phone & you're left in the middle of nowhere to get anything done. Really bad experience! Disappointed after shelling out bomb for this!
