Wonderful experience with Dr akash tiwari sir Was a great oncology. By profession he was excellent and also very polite and humble person his team and support staff is very supportive and cooperative and gives you the best treatment.

I got treatment from Dr Tiwari for Covid recently and I am happy to say i have fully recovered now. As soon as I became sick I consulted Dr Tiwari and he prescribed a treatment plan for me that took into account the latest learnings and experience he had treating other covid patients. I am actually a high risk patient and he showed the urgency needed to make sure I got the right treatment as quickly as possible. At the same time , he was also treating my sister who was sick with covid and he made sure to keep checking on both of us everyday and in fact multiple times a day whenever needed. Her prognosis was poor - given her comorbidities (thyroid, hypertension, diabetes) and age. Her cancer had spread throughout the body. When I reached India, she was in terrible state at the hospital. She could barely breathe. And then we found Dr. Tiwari who truly was a godsend. And over the course of 6 months that followed that, he brought her back to life. Based on my experience, here’s what makes him a great doctor: Attentive: He is extremely attentive when he is with his patients as well as caretakers. I never felt like he rushed anything. Always paid close attention and was engaged in conversations throughout the treatment. Communicative: Throughout the treatment, he communicated with us really well. What he is administering, the details of the treatment plan, explaining reasons behind the treatment approach, the customization of each chemo, what to expect and how to keep an eye out for warning signs. Collaborative: Unlike some other doctors, Dr. Tiwari was extremely open to the idea of us getting second opinions from other doctors. When we consulted other specialists in Mumbai, he was open and willing to incorporate their recommendations for his patient (my mom). Prompt: During the 6 month long treatment period (and even beyond) he was always extremely prompt in patiently responding to (and addressing) any questions and concerns we had, no matter what time of the day. Compassionate: My mom used to tell me that just meeting Akash every time he came to the hospital gave her hope to keep fighting. He is knowledgeable, polite and always has a great positive attitude. I respect him more than words can describe. Despite the circumstances, my mother and I feel fortunate to have met Dr. Tiwari.
