Dr. Rakesh Taran ( TARAN ONCO CARE)

Lost my mother under his treatment. Don't expect him to be able to treat and care for high stage cancers. He might be ok for less aggressive and low stage cancers which other doctors also are. So nothing special about him. Sorry to say but the fact is that he is money minded and doesn't care for the patient as much. He didn't even take interest in doing proper tests to diagnose the disease. I guess he knew that he can't treat, in fact my father did much of the work (tests and palliative treatment) which he was supposed to do and recommend. He has a big communication problem. He doesn't speak too much and thinks that people are illiterate. @Rakesh Taran, hope you are on track to open your own hospital. My suggestion to you is you will become a good doctor only if you "CARE" for your patients. Otherwise you will be in the same category as other doctors who are there in the business to make money. Staff is very rude if you told something they can be replying rudely very rude staff don't come there wast of money and untrained staff

I met with him regarding my dad's prostate cancer and the entire visit was terrible. He is such a negative personality. Seems like his popularity made him arrogant! His full focus is to keep the patient on heavy chemo and targeted therapies despite when there are easy options such as surgery and mordern medicines avaliable. He think, what he knows is best but reality is he has little knowledge of cancer biology and modern advancement in cancer care! I recommend look for better doctors who are more qualified than him. Such a waste of time for me.

Not a good experience, they lack management, & Dr.Rakesh taran at the peak of my uncle treatment...was not responsive, neither gave proper reassurance to us...we came with a hope to him but he disappointed us...we are not all satisfied by his treatment & the way he took things casually at the end by not being responsible
