Staff at Taran onco care are really generous and treat their patients like family. Doctor is kind and has helped alot in tough times. I would recommend

Due to negligence of one of the nurses of the hospital, my mother is suffering. She forgot to inject one injection in her port which was very important and when we went to Dr. Taran Sir’s cabin, he told its ok nothing will happen, but her primary Dr. which is located in Ahmedabad specially mentioned that it should be injected otherwise she’ll suffer from many problems. This is heights of carelessness and moreover they are not even accepting their fault. She always have to wait for at least 1-2 hours in the room for her treatment and staff don’t have any experience. I don’t want anyone else to suffer that’s why I’m posting this review.

I would not recommend any patient to visit this hospital. My family trusted Dr Taran and due to his ignorance i feel i lost my mother. He has not performed come crucial tests at the right time. Hospital staff (nurses and aaya bai) are not good too, some nurses don't have the expertise to put intracath, finding the veins. Duty doctors can not handle any emergency case, they directly shift to suyash hospital. Hospital is under staff most of the time. I would suggest to take patient to Tata Memorial Hospital , Mumbai or national cancer hospital nagpur and try to save or extend the life of your dear ones.

Dr Taran is very good doctor. He always motivate patients. He is doing his job responsibly but on other hand he is doctor not businessman so he don't know how to manage staff, he is so polite with their staff and that why their staff think their self owner of hospital. A suggestion Plz appointment a manager for your hospital who can manage and control staff. Overall good experience

There is no facility for patient treatment. Right now they replaced patient bed to souffa for chemotherapy treatment into the general ward. Patient not comfortable during the treatment on souffa. It's is very uncomfortable position for patients during chemotherapy to hold the hand and Full body for long time in same position.

I would strongly not recommend Taran Onco Care based on my personal experience. We faced extremely irresponsible behavior from both the doctor and the staff. The treatment approach felt very generic, as if the same protocol was being followed for every patient without proper monitoring or individual assessment. Whenever we raised concerns, we were given vague responses like “you can do this or that, it’s fine,” which did not inspire confidence. My father suffered a cardiac arrest after completing his 8th chemotherapy session. It was only then that a cardiologist informed us that regular ECG monitoring is important during chemotherapy, as it can impact the heart. Unfortunately, no such tests were advised or conducted during his treatment, and we were never made aware of this risk. We had observed signs of improvement and even requested a scan after 6 chemotherapy cycles, but the doctors insisted on completing 9 cycles without reassessing his condition. The most distressing part was when my father had the cardiac arrest at the hospital itself. The staff failed to recognize the situation promptly, which caused delays in taking necessary action and shifting him to another hospital. Despite everything, Dr. Taran did not come to see him even once. We lost my father, and this will always remain our biggest regret. I hope no other family has to go through what we did.
