⭐ My Experience with Dr. Deepak Bansal I consulted Dr. Deepak Bansal in 2024 for bronchitis treatment. During my treatment, I was prescribed steroid-containing medicines, but I was not adequately informed that the medicines contained steroids or about their potential long-term side effects and risks. In 2025, I was diagnosed with Avascular Necrosis (AVN) of the hip, and in 2026, I had to undergo hip joint replacement surgery. This has been an extremely painful and life-changing experience for me, affecting my mobility, daily life, and future. I strongly believe that patients deserve to be clearly informed whenever steroids are prescribed, including their potential risks, possible side effects, appropriate dosage and duration, and available alternatives where suitable. Patients should be given the opportunity to make informed decisions about their treatment. My request to Dr. Deepak Bansal is simple: Please make sure that every patient is properly informed about steroid-containing medicines and their potential complications before starting treatment. Patients trust their doctors, and clear communication about medication risks is extremely important. I sincerely hope no other patient has to go through such a difficult experience without being adequately informed. For me, this has been a life-altering journey, and I want my experience to raise awareness so that other patients can ask the right questions and make informed decisions about their health.
