The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. The 3 women working there were unprofessional, disrespectful, and had no preparation to handle customers in the absence of their boss. They made us sit in the office for whole 40 minutes they did nothing. Just nothing. I caught them chit chatting in the back office and when I confronted them they became terribly rude and started insulting us for simply asking them why was it taking so freaking long saying that they were searching for a machine. A machine they very casually then said they didnt have to begin with and that we had to reschedule an appointment. One girl had her mask down the entire time despite telling her many times to wear it properly because we had a very senior person with us. To add on top of it, while this senior person was trying hard to assess the sounds through his hearing aid, these ill mannered girls were CONSTANTLY passing in and out of the room, banging doors, banging drawers etc Horrid HORRID service. They were mere sales girls with no medical knowledge or customer service acumen. Fail.

I went for cochlear implant for my nephew. After a lot of recommendations from various sources, I visited Noble hearing clinic. The clinic is well equipped and the staff very cordial and patient. I would highly recommend Dr. Salaj for hearing related issues.

Dr salaj bhatnagar is the best audiologist I have seen in my life. I am suffering from hearing loss since 10 years and I am a hearing aid user also. But after meeting with him my life is changed, the hearing aid fitted by him to me has given more mileage in my life. Thanks to him, kudos to his experience.

Mr Salaj Bhatnagar has been rendering authentic audio and speech services in indore since a long time and have very committed to give quality services to his patients in very reasonable expenses. All my patients whom I had referred to him were highly satisfied and improved .

Review based on services received as on September 2024. We bought a hearing aid for my mother 2 years ago and the hearing aid is not functioning properly since then. To resolve the issue we tried to book appoinent many times.However, we faced many issues. The girl named priya is extremely rude and ill mannered.She doesn't know how to talk to customers and patients.She treats the patients very badly and further makes them feel Inferior of their disabilities. Priya has no basic sense of human behavior whatsoever.She barely listens to the patient's problems and keeps blabbering her own memorized lines. She is utter disgrace to the hospital. I would recommend the esteemed doctors to replace the girl named Priya from her services,else the hospital will lose many potential customers. To customers,I would recommend not to rely on them as they are not professional and has no sense of treating patients correctly. Tanvi Merwani

“I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The staff was disorganized, and my appointment started almost an hour late. The doctor seemed rushed and did not take the time to listen to my concerns, which left me feeling dismissed. On top of that, the clinic facilities were not very clean, which made me uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this clinic to others.”
