Very good experience. My tennis elbow pain has vanished. Pankaj Sir has very deep knowledge of these issues which helped in quick diagnosis and relief. Also given safety bandage and taught strengthening exercises so that I can continue my badminton. Highly recommended.

Centre is really fantastic and unique combination of physio, Fitness and balancing of muscles-mind coordination . I have L5-s1 disc bulge and took two time steroid injections in spinal cord which doctors called as pain killer injections. Actually they are steroids only. Again same issues arises after few months but this is not a permanent solution. After coming to Pankaj Yadav i can feel difference that i can back to normal life again like last 41 years. He is good overall mobility, Strength with proper care of pain area. Exercise is fun for me now which was pain for me. Trust , belief , Treatment , care, All are same fir me after having 5-6 session and i was able to walk from wheel chair. Where dr suggested surgery and i was not believing on Physiotherapy PANKAJ’s words last in my mind. Please trust us for atleast 20 days then you take decision for surgery and yes results are absolutely matching with his words. It was a really great experience at Aarvista. I had been suffering from pain in my right knee for the last 1.5 years. I visited many physiotherapy centres but did not get proper relief. When I finally visited Aarvista, the doctor examined my knee thoroughly and explained the problem clearly. I was surprised to feel significant relief within just 2 days of starting the treatment. I was going through the Piriformis syndrome. This causes deep buttock pain, tingling, or numbness that radiates down the back of the leg, frequently worsening with prolonged sitting, climbing stairs, or running. Initially I visited so many doctors for help . But couldn't get proper solution. Here i got to know the actual problem and remedies.
