I have got a Meniscul tear in right knee , all the Orthos have suggested for Surgery , But taking only a month of Physiotherepy at Arvista and with Dr Pankaj Yadav Sir , has healed my Meniscul tear completely, He is the best , his hands have magic and my knee and my legs have gained back its mobility as before . Muje right knee me bht pain tha, severe arthritis,dr.ne surgery advice ker dia tha,mere kisi relative ne muje aarvista bheja dr Pankaj k pass sirf ek din k treatment se mera pain 90% kam hogya. Kuc dino TK or treatment lene k baad mai arram se chal parhi hu..koi pain ni hai ab muje.mai sbko .yahi bolungi ki dr.pankaj k pass aaye or surgery se bache paye.

It was great experience,as I recently twisted my knee in sports. Dr. Pankaj ji examined it perfectly nd told that I've medial meniscus strain and medial collateral ligament strain . He gave a effective treatment and I'm surprised that after his treatment I'm able to walk freely. Great recovery centre for sports and orthopaedic injuries..
