I have joined several gyms but never had the motivation to keep it up but after joining ‘Peak physique by Karan’ my motivation , strength and endurance has increased. By attending his one hour workout five days a week , my balance, strength and flexibility has improved dramatically. Karan is the best trainer in town! He gives personal attention to each and every cliemt and focuses on goal oriented exercises.

Peak Physique is one of the best gym I have been to. I was able to get back in shape with just few weeks of workout. Everyday the workout routine is different and I had a lot of fun doing it. I’ve been going to Peak Physique for the past six months and have managed to bring my fitness level to the point that I had never been able to achieve before. Here at peak physique workout sessions are not monotonous , each day you train differently which is the amazing part .I found karan’s coaching very helpful, encouraging and personal attention and precise details about posture and right way to excercise . I would definitely recommend peak physique by karan as here u get to exercise without any tension .. even if you have some injury because karan is very professional and he pays attention to your injuries and then formulate Workouts .. also its warm and friendly and very clean environment there .I always look forward for my workout sessions with you, I learned a lot and enjoyed the fitness programmes by karan .

I took 10 personal sessions from Karan at Peak Physique during my recent visit to Indore. Each day's workouts were unique and customized for my body type, so the sessions were not only fun but also provided excellent results.
