Peak Physique By Karan

Peak Physique is a best place to workout ...i have tired so many gyms but after coming here i m very Happy that I m on best place.... I just love the workout here. Everyday it’s something new, different and challenging. Karan has a holistic approach towards Fitness. Love this place

My wife and I have been working out with Karan for 2+ years now. Never before have we been able to be this consistent! Karan’s workouts are intense - we get the results we hope for - but also very flexible. Bad knee? Skip this exercise. Neck injury? Do these stretches. Can’t attend at 7? How about 8? 9? Karan feels personally invested in our fitness journey - couldn’t have come so far without his support. Highly recommended!

I would love to share my journey of 9years at PP,one day i started realising that i am losing my stamina when i was getting to my 40s, thot kya kare and i got to know about Peak ...n it was tough for the first month but i made it and soon the same year i did my first 11km marathon only due to the workout done at Peak...soon i completed my 100 kms cycling too.. Thanks to the amazing planned training by Karan, he is perfect with the balanced workout he designs for us. Say it endruance, core, kick boxing, posture alingment with pilates or farmers workout we are super trained under his guidance. He motivated me to do my best and helped me be strong, confident and i stand upright smart today. Peak Physique is a cozy place with super positive vibes you take home with you...thanks Karan

Literally the best gym in town . Karan trains at a professional level and provides precise feedback on what you lack and where you need to work more . He provides personal attention to each and everyone and makes the environment very comfortable for everyone. He is a very fun , dedicated and encouraging trainer to have .

It’s been 2 months since I started my journey with peak physique. My primary purpose was to gain weight. In these few months only, I could see a change in myself. Karan sir has customised my exercises in such a way that it aligns with my purpose. The workout has not only helped me to gain weight but has also improved my stamina and posture. He has also designed my diet without adding any weight gainer/protein powder and then too I can see the result very evidently.

It’s been really a remarkable experience coming in peak physique . I have noticed that there has been a significant level of increase in my fitness level. Thanks to Karan sir for providing with such a great learning and having different kinds of workout . The environment is so friendly that it motivates more on working on ourselves.
