Great workouts! The exercises were incredibly enjoyable and engaging as they were a combination of HIIT and strength training. I like how different the workouts were every day. Thanks again to the trainer Karan for putting all the hardwork and keeping the group motivated :)

If you go to peak physique and survive the work out for a month, I can vouch, one would not like any other fitness center as much. I have been going to Peak for last 8 years and can't recommend it enough, the entire team- Karan, Sagar, Manish are extremely focused and devoted. Body sculpting, Conditioning, Core training are the strengths of Peak, I have seen many people transforming in these last 8 years.

I am working out at PP atleast half a year since last 6 years. I get distracted by other fitness options and try them out, but I always come back to peak physique! that's my home for fitness. Working out with #karan is special as he knows what workout is more effective for me. I am usually late for the one hour workout, since 45 minutes of Karan's training and I am good to roll for the day. He is very particular of the posture and correct form and makes sure that right stretching and warm up is done. Usually after heavy workouts, I am.just tired, less energized and get super hungry, but with Karan's balanced workout, I don't have hunger spurts and rather feel energetic. I like how his vision for all members is not just to achieve the basic weight loss/gain goals but instead achieve these preliminary goals asap and move to higher levels of fitness! In short this place revives my body and mind with positivity!

It's been few days and I am already feeling the change, my flexibility, core strength and stamina has improved. Karan sir works in all the areas of fitness . He is the best trainer in India.
