SCAM : Poor quality and zero responsibility Definitely not worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I bought four dresses from this store and it was such a disappointing experience. The prices are high but the quality doesn’t match at all. One dress came with a hole right when I received it, and when I asked for an exchange, they refused. After wearing it once, it got even more holes. Another one literally tore apart after just two wears because of weak stitching. When I asked them to fix it, they said it wasn’t their problem since they get it from somewhere else, (Manufacturer’s fault) Basically, no responsibility at all. The third dress had sharp, unfinished metal threads poking out, which I had to fix myself, and even then, the fabric ended up getting cuts after wearing. The fourth dress was the only one without damage, but at the price they charge, you can find much better quality elsewhere In short, they talk fancy but sell really poor-quality stuff..!!

Sweet Talk on the Face, Cheap and Rude Behaviour in Reality The sisters at this store are the worst to deal with. They start with mithi-mithi baatein, acting overly polite and convincing, but once there is any issue, their true nature comes out. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they behaved rudely, passed taunts, and created unnecessary arguments. They were completely unwilling to accept their mistake and showed zero respect towards customers. The way they talk changes the moment you ask for a proper solution. They charge premium prices, but their behaviour is extremely cheap and unprofessional. There is no honesty, no accountability, and no basic customer etiquette. Overall, a mentally exhausting and unpleasant experience. "I would strongly advise others to stay away from this store'.

Premium Prices with Third-Class Behaviour The product was not defective initially. We were clearly told that they would order a new piece, but instead they opened the stitching of the same dress and gave it back, claiming it was new. Because of this, there was no proper space left inside, and the fitting was completely ruined. When we raised this issue calmly, instead of accepting their mistake, the shopkeeper started behaving rudely and disrespectfully. Rather than resolving the issue, they chose bad behaviour and arguments. At first, they do sweet, fancy talks and make big promises, but once the payment is done and you ask for a genuine solution, their real attitude comes out. "Refund is completely out of the question for them." We were initially offered an exchange, but later unnecessary drama was created. When we tried to adjust the remaining amount or even suggested keeping the balance as advance, they showed old, outdated designs and refused to cooperate. Instead of handling the matter professionally, multiple people from the shop (including family members) got involved, passed taunts, and created a scene. This experience was not just about the product, but about the complete lack of honesty and basic customer respect. Such behaviour is unacceptable, especially after charging premium prices. Not worth the money or the mental stress. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Cant believe such new trendy collection! Even they helped me to fix my problems with wearing ethnic clothes becoz of my body fit ! Genuinely they are very polite and self made sisters! It felt very special the moment i stepped in ! Must visit

I am regular customer of them from last 9years… I have seen them growing and love their collection.. from day1 to till today! Didi bhut achi h.. bhut achese suggest kart deti hai.. or staff b badiya h and fitting bhut proper kar k dete h.. isliye mujhe inse dresses lena pasand h.. must visit store in indore for casual and wedding wear outfit!
