One of the best fabric stores i have visited. The variety and quality of fabrics is unmatchable. Also the staff is very polite and have good knowledge of the stuff they have.

Awesome. If you are creative you can make any dress suit lehenga... What not from the fabrics available here. Quality is also good along with range of colour prints texture and budget.

So before visiting the place i heard that it's so costly but when i visited the place i found the fabric was worth of money. Loved the quality of fabric and the staff too. Very patient and hospitality can be seen. Quality of fabric is really appreciatable. Every kind of fabric is available also worth the money.

They have amazing collection and they understand what you really need and show you exactly what you have in your mind. They also dyed my duppata to make it exactly a match for my lehenga. A little expensive but it's worth it.

Greatly impressed by the customer service of kashi fabrics. They helped with delivery of material to a boutique on request when i was unapproachable which was above and beyond expectations. Thank you Kashi for your out of box service .

Happened to my close one: “They do have amazing collection, no doubt in that plus good service until you are in store, but when you talk about admitting their mistakes or acknowledging it and after sales service they are only worried about their money. An incident took place with me, I went to their place a day ago with my friend and she chose a fabric, the next I went to collect it their employee was like yes, this was the fabric she selected, I even told him I feel there is a slight change. He said no no we do not have any color apart from this in the same shade and fabric, I bought it. I went to them afterwards and they had another fabric and they were not ready to replace it, exchange it or give any discounts at all. Did not expected this from a store like Kashi to a loyal customer. What happened to me, do keep that in mind. in fact their owners did not even bother to talk.”

On of the best collections in Indore. The material quality and variety that the offer is unique and hard to find at other stores. The staff is helpful and courteous. Must visit this place if shopping for cloth material for a special event. The have huge collection for ladies material and limited options for gents, but even these limited options can not be found at other stores.

There is no denying that they have an amazing collection and provide helpful service up until you are at the store. However, they only care about themselves when you bring up acknowledging their errors or admitting it and providing after-sales service. My friend and I visited their location a day earlier, and when I went to pick up the fabric, an employee said, "Yes, this is the fabric she selected." They had another fabric(the one which we actually selected) when I returned to them later on, but they weren't willing to replace it, exchange it, or offer any kind of discount. Did not anticipate this from a retailer like Kashi to a devoted customer. Do not forget what happened to me. Their owners didn't even bother to talk to them, in fact. Presently, they are telling the false story while providing sugar-coated responses to everyone's unvarnished reviews. This is the same fabric that you chose yesterday, and we don't have anything similar, according to their sales representative. Nobody is using technology to damage anyone's business, and we all have families to take care of. Moreover, no one can do anything for a store like yours. But the store and the staff were expected to take a stand for what is right rather than maintain their neutrality. Similarly to the store's freedom to choose their point of view, express it, and work in accordance with it, we are free to discuss what transpired with one another. Furthermore, the shop is aware that nothing that has been said is incorrect. No one is going to stop visiting the store, but the message is to not count on them to provide any after-sales support because that may be how they operate. All we wanted was a middle ground.
