Hi, I am extremely disappointed with the dress alteration I received. The alteration was done incorrectly, and after several attempts to contact, I have been completely ignored. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. These dresses were very costly, and I trusted this shop with it. Because of the poor alteration, no tailor in my town was willing to fix it, which left me with no options. I needed this dress for my sister’s marriage, and I couldn’t even wear it. The entire situation completely spoiled my plans and caused a lot of unnecessary stress. As a long-distance customer, I relied on their quality and communication, but both have failed in this experience. So, pls be aware of this experience and warn them about this mishap so you ( the one who is planning to shop from here ) don’t face the same problem. Good luck guys !

Worst experience ever. Please do NOT visit this store. I purchased two outfits separately from Akalya Bridal with full trust, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment. Not a single alteration was done properly. The fitting was wrong every time, threads were loose, beads were falling off, and finishing was very poor. We had to visit the store again and again, still the work was never correct. They promised delivery in one month, but even after almost two months, the outfits were not ready on time. Because of their careless work, we were forced to spend extra money and get everything fixed by another tailor. Even after buying two dresses, they gave only one cover. They don’t even provide proper dress covers. Staff behaviour is very unprofessional, especially the ladies staff, full of unnecessary attitude. Twice I visited for alterations and was told that the master was not available. They said they would call once he arrived, but no call was made the entire day. Later they simply gave excuses saying they had called and my phone was switched off, which was not true. No coordination, no responsibility, and no customer care at all. (store bhi bhangar, master bhi bhangar, staff bhi third class) If you value your time and money, avoid this place.

Worst experience ever. Please do NOT visit this store. Me and my sister purchased almost four outfits from Akalya bridal with a lot of trust and belief, Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the worst shopping decisions we have ever made. Not a single outfit was altered correctly. Their alteration master is extremely inexperienced & clearly has no understanding of basic fitting or finishing. We had to visit the store three times for alterations, and every single time the dresses came back wrong. Loose threads, beads falling off, unfinished work!!! absolutely zero quality control!! For this dresses, we were given a promised delivery time of one month, which we agreed to as there was enough time. Shockingly, even after the due date, the dress was not ready. Which was supposed to take one month ended up taking almost two months, and that too for basic alteration and finishing?? which was still not done properly!!! And Because of their careless work, we were forced to spend extra money and get all the outfits corrected from a tailor in our hometown, after a lot of struggle. We specifically chose Akalya because the store owner belongs to our hometown, and we wanted to support someone from our own place. Sadly, this trust was completely broken. Every single rupee spent here feels wasted. The staff behavior is extremely unprofessional. There is no proper response, no accountability, and no coordination among the team. They constantly avoid responsibility and give excuses all the timee!!! If you value your time, money, Please, DO NOT visit this store. Only go here if you are ready to run behind them repeatedly, face delays, poor staff service.

DO NOT SHOT HERE! This is the worst shop ever for shopping. They promise everything when selling but they can’t even get pieces altered. The biggest lie they said was that they would manufacture a new lehenga as per size but eventually worked on the same piece that they worked on. If you don’t want to waste your money then DO NOT SHOP HERE.
