Akalya Bridal offers an exceptional experience for brides-to-be looking for the perfect wedding gown. From the moment you step into their boutique, you are greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, taking the time to understand your style and preferences.

My wife ordered her Sangeet lehenga and customized it for a particular color. When she was about to purchase the lehenga the staff agreed for every customization but when she received her lehenga it was in a different color. Along with it she asked for fringes on the sleeves of about 2 inches and it was written in the order but when she received the lace it was of 4 inches due to which she couldn't apply the fringes. There was some issue with the neckline also. She received the blouse unstitched that too with a delay of around 10 days in the delivery date. When she told every problem to the owner he said 'jo hai yehi hai, thoda bahut 19-20 hojata hai'. She always praised Akalya till now but in her own wedding shopping, her experience was horrible. We would not recommend Akalya.

I visited this store, with a lot of problems with the dress I purchased from palasia branch. Deepak ji went above and beyond to help resolve all the problems with my dress. From the beginning to the end, he ensured that every concern was addressed and delivered the product perfectly. The service here was professional, courteous, and customer-oriented.

Worst experience ever and will never recommend this store to anyone. Took 2 months to deliver a dress which was promised in 1 month. Alteration team is entirely inexperienced who do not understand what needs to be done. They Waste your time and energy and still don’t understand basics. Definitely do not visit this place if you do not want to waste your time, poor coordination within the team and they would push responsibility on each other, thereby troubling the customer
