I was particularly pleased to have found my ideal pair of glasses, and after making the necessary advance payment, I returned home satisfied. However, I received a call from Monica later that night at 10 pm from her personal number, informing me of an error in the calculation. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I felt disappointed that this issue was addressed during my family time. I expressed my concern to Monica and suggested that any future communications of this nature should be made during appropriate hours to respect customers' privacy and personal time. Despite this minor hiccup, I must commend Monica for her professionalism. A week later, she personally informed me that my glasses were ready for collection. When I visited the store to collect them, she greeted me with a smile and promptly handed over my glasses.
