Aapane glass change nahi kiye. Same wohi problem hai. Jo glass aapane dikhaye wo first glass the usape frame ka price tag bhi tha. Business me thodi to honesty honi chahiye

Visited your shop today was very interested in buying but that old lady of yours was not showing any interest + making faces and was not even bothered to show glasses, it’s better I go to Lenskart, I am a member well known clubs will highly recommend all the well known people of Indore to not visit because of this type of behaviour , let me know if something can change with her I will definitely try again if proper training is given till then no recommendation to anyone .

It was a mistake to shop from here. Poorest service, no professionalism, bad quality product and they even do not answer calls. The specs which I bought for my parents did not even got delivered even after 15 days ..

Been a customer for many years however lately the staff is not at all interested. The ladies at the counter are little rude and seems to be doing a favor. Also wanted to buy a ray ban sunglasses, they only had 5-10 old style. Over all I think I will have to find some other option now.
