Good frames only. Bad glass quality. Very expensive glasses got hazy and got all mistakes very soon. Wasted a lot of money.
It was a pleasure to visit American Opticals. Also, the eye checkup was done in a very good manner at the said optician and the staff is very good.
Keep up with All the best
So I got my eye power checked at AO and got my glasses re-customized. (as they said power has deteriorated) After 2 months I had an allergic reaction due to contact lenses and so went to an eye hospital for consultance and I was told that I was given a high power specs than what I actually needed. Goshhh, what could have been riskier than this. A big NO if you would ask me if I recommended this place. 1/2 star for AO. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED
Very nice and helpful senior staff members. Good quality frames within budget
Very nice experience....wide variety of range for all budget products avilable under one roof and best is that they have experience to suggest product according to customer need and ...keep it up Team American...😊 …
We are ur customer since last 30-35 yrs.Its the best service always.
I bought expensive pair of glasses from this shop. The glasses have Tommy brand label on it, but I highly doubt it's original. Within two days of usage the screw in the frame got loose. They tighten it and said it should be good now. Next day, I was travelling out of country and the frame broke again. I really wonder what are they are selling in the name of those expensive brands. It's never possible that Tommy will have that low quality product. I bet it's a duplicate one. Felt cheated and wasted my 7000 rupees. If there was something lesser than 1 star, I would have given that. Highly disappointed.
One of the best store in Indore. Have been a satisfied customer for more than twenty years. The staff is courteous and owner Mr Jai is a gentleman
I am a loyal customer of this optics from almost more than 10 years and still much delighted by there work and quality. Owner Mr. Jai and Mr. Gaurav are very supportive and understanding with master in soft skills. Strongly Recommend this place
