Worst service and experience. I visited yesterday and requested to do a shade match for foundation. Specifically mentioned the brands I wanted to try but the employee insisted on trying other brand even after saying no 2-3 times. Then other employee came and started suggesting other brand and shade and both the employees were arguing in front of me because both wanted to use different shade. After that 2 more employees came and were standing and watching the process. Customers visit the store for good experience when doing shade match rather than sitting there listening to employees arguing in front of them and other employees staring.
Great shop with variety of brands available thanks Devendra and tinkle for helping us politely and professional ally in our shopping
Had a great experience and thanks to ms. shaheen for guidance
Awesome service & product range! Devendra have surve us in fantastically!
Worst cosmetics shop, they try to sell expired products or products that have gone bad, I bought a few things along with a colorbar nailpaint and I realised that they have given me some faulty nailpaint as the application was not easy and the nailpaint was damn thick so just after an hour I went to them asking for an exchange and they denied it saying this is how the formulation is, I mean I have been using colorbar for my whole life how can you just fool me around like this and the floor manager didn’t do anything and I had to return with that thick expired nailpaint that doesn’t even have a proper print on it, never shop from them
Overall good experience.
