As this hotel was recommended to me by one of my fellow mate so I was expecting a good quality service with a comfortable stay. but even after continues reminder they are not providing the basic services like room service, water and complementary breakfast. Stayed there for 5 days and have to shift in another hotel due to this unpleasant experiences. Otherwise room is small but comfortable Location is good and you will get all the essential near by. Cab and auto available if you have a personal vehicle then parking might be one problem as they have limited space outside the hotel. I have raised the complaint to the manager,hope things get better for other guests.

Recently i wasz stay in hotel town house, before booking the room we have checked all the thing. And the hotel receptionist commited for the check out time wsz 12 to 1 but after the stay they forced to check out on 11 o clock , Fake commitment, fake promise, fake services. I recently stayed at OYO Townhouse 329 near Pipliyahana Square, Indore, and had a great experience. The location is unique as buses from many places drop / pickup from here, making it very convenient for travelers. The hotel itself is well-maintained, and the owner is extremely hospitable and helpful. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay! Rooms were not good, were having bad stink smell. Bedsheets and towel were not up to mark. seems were being used for ages with poor wash and lot of stains. Served tea was very bad prepared and priced also vey high. Not a paid review, but an honest review. I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The management is top-notch, ensuring everything runs smoothly. The service was incredibly fast, and the staff were not only understanding and cooperative but also went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating. The rooms were spotless, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive. It's a perfect spot for young groups, offering a comfortable stay at an affordable price, also very safe for women with full CCTV surveillance at respectable areas and corridors. Shabby and smelly rooms with stained bedsheets and cover like they have never been washed. We checked in at 11 pm with my parents and the washroom was smelling like it has never been cleaned. Didn’t had the energy to argue with the staff but the stay was very uncomfortable and I felt like leaving ASAP and checked out at 10 AM the next day. I know the prices of hotel is in budget , although the amount seems high considering the room ,it felt like a Dharamshala which we get in free. Very disappointing and horrible experience. I booked this hotel through OYO for my family stay. Initially, they allotted us a room for 3 persons, but the room was extremely small, uncomfortable, and filled with cigarette smoking smell. It was impossible to stay there with family. When I requested a room change, the staff member behaved very arrogantly. After repeated requests at around 2:30 AM, he finally gave us another room, but there was no electricity in that room. Because of such poor service and terrible conditions, we were forced to leave the hotel at 2:45 AM in the middle of the night with my family. This was highly stressful and unacceptable. I strongly do not recommend this property to anyone, especially families. Very poor management, rude staff, and zero concern for guests.
