Service is too poor. I have booked 2 rooms with breakfast, but while checking in, the cashier said in this fare we can not provide free breakfast. This is pathetic . In Indore, the city is well-known for hospitality, but because of these mall practices, I will never stay in this hotel and will never recommend anyone these culprits want business from online platform but don't want to pay their legal charges. The same case is happening with ola. No driver wants to accept payment with Ola Money. These culprits Auto Drivers want us to skip the ola platform and want us to pay in cash. This is really shocking and pathetic practice I found since yesterday Landing at Indore Airport Trip type Business Travel group Solo Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1 Rooms Rooms are very small, and cleaning is not done. Every day, you have to run behind the receptionist and get it done otherwise you will be suffering like me
1. Pathetic Service. 2. No water ( faced water shortage twice ). 3. If someone reach late then Hotel door is not gonna open, no matter how many times you knock their door. 4. I almost missed my flight because of their negligence. 5. Lift was totally stinking. Altogether I will not recommend this Hotel to anyone. Stay at your own risk.
We were traveling by Indore Had dinner and we were looking for stay so called OYO and finalized room in 613 Rs then I made advance payment and reached hotel He said you have to make total payment of 1300 I asked why.. and showed him my call with oyo... but he didn't agree and he made me pay full payment which was almost double of agreed amount. He said OYO is doing scam by offering discount etc etc.. I hereby request anyone who is going to stay in there, kindly confirm all billing amount and never make full payment until you reach the property. I am raising complaint with OYO and I decided not to argue with person at property as it was late night and we were tired. Not recommended Do verify before you go..

This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed in my life. Floor haven't seen a mob in ages, Bad odour, bad check in experience. Everything about this place is either super bad or bad. Booked this place for a friend's marriage so no other choice to leave as well. But one good thing about this place is if you stayed in this hotel you can stay anywhere else in the world without hesitation because nothing can be better bad than this place. One of the worst hotel in Indore. Room like under maintenance, very bad behaviour of staff, cockroaches in bathroom, at night only couples stayed very bad environment conditions, gallery smelling very badly. Personal recommendation don't choose this hotel for your safety as well as comfort at this price you will get better aminities from anywhere else. Outside food not allowed so we have to deal with poor taste and unhygienic food . Receptionist behavior is not hospitable and shows attitude to customers. Worst app. Not recommended to anyone. When you book oyo from app it shows low fare but when u arrive at hotel, hotel staff asks more money for the room. Rooms are not clean and tidy. Oyo has a tie up with hotel staff in which oyo shows low fare and we end up giving extra amount to hotel at the arrival since we think its better to give extra 300 400 bucks instead of searching another hotel. Very bad hotel. Don't book this. Hotel management service is very bad.. I have booked this hotel on OYO for 3 guests. When I come for checkin they were expecting some more amount. if they have any issue with 3 guests then they have refuse my booking. But they could not do that.
