Townhouse by OYO Pine Tree

Awesome service nice rooms cleanliness is really nice 👍🏻 Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value

Our booking from goibibo was cancelled/not accepted by the hotel. Reason given - They are not associated with Oyo. We had book directly with them which was more in cost compared to goibibo. For the hotel - Decent room. Decent staff. Location not along the main road so might be a small minus point. But more than enough food/tea joints nearby. Trip type Vacation

Hotel Pine Tree was a great hotel to stay at Indore. If you happen to be in Indore for couple of days, this is a good one. The hotel is in the main city area and little Inside of the lanes. However, there is a lot to explore within the city itself and this place is accessible. The rooms are decent but little small. The washroom is fine but little small. Decent enough for 2 people. The service is good. Trip type Vacation Travel group Couple Rooms: 4 Service: 3 Location: 3 Hotel highlights Great value

This place is exceeded my expectations! The rooms were neat, clean and the staff was extremely hardworking and helpful. This was one of the best experiences for my family. The hotel was very accommodating to our needs and even the food was tasty. The manager on duty Arjun and the rest of the staff was amazing! Will definitely come again. Loved the property, Well maintained, perfect location and absolutely wonderful service. Every staff member of the hotel is helpful, polite and made my stay a delight! The hotel has a beautiful ambience and the rooms are neat and clean and hygiene is given a top priority especially with respect to the Covid protocols being followed diligently. For me the thing that awed me the most was the incredibly generous and helpful staff , Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

I told the manager to send me the room photos before I wanted to book it and he sent me the picture and provided the same room when I reached there and room services were good during my stay. I also found the wash area properly clean and heater works properly. I do not use food services so don't have idea about it. And parking facility is proper. Rooms: 5 Service: 4 Location: 4

I was traveling from Ujjain to Omkareswar and decided to spend a night in Indore. I booked this hotel on OYO. At first, I was a bit hesitant about online bookings because I had a bad experience in Ujjain. But I decided to give it a try and called the reception to ask about the hotel rooms, especially about the bad order. I called them a few times, and even though I don’t speak fluent Hindi, the staff (Kashyap) was super friendly and patient. They answered all my questions. When I got to the hotel, check-in was easy and hassle-free, it was same for physical bookings even. The security and hotel staff were also polite and helpful, even though I don’t speak Hindi. The next morning, I checked out and headed to Omkareswar. I even went back to the same hotel because my darshan took the whole day. The car driver even suggested another hotel, but I didn’t want to miss out on the experience. Another reception staff, Chowhan, was also super friendly and helped me find the nearest places and the bus station. In summary, I highly recommend staying at this hotel for business, personal, or even backpackers. It’s a great place to stay!
