Their service response is good, room is just okay and bathroom clean, but policies are unethical. Despite paying with taxes during check in they asked me extra money during check out if I wanted a bill. Their room charges vary from customer to customer and complimentary facilities are not for all. Bedsheets, pillow and quilt covers are stained, washed out and stinky. Overall it is over priced seeing the facilities. Trip type Business Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 1

Hassle free check in. Staff was quite professional, rooms were descent and well cleaned, Location was a bit struggle at first but isn't that hard to find though. Room service was working (so additional star there) If they provided with slippers for bathroom then it would have been even better. Overall good experience I'll definitely recommend a stay Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 4

Absolutely exceptional stay! The service and hospitality were truly amazing from start to finish. I've stayed at other properties, but this one is by far my top preference. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Pine Tree, and I can confidently say it was an amazing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel right at home. The check-in process was swift and efficient. The hotel's amenities were top-notch. The location of Hotel Pine Tree is also ideal, with convenient access to major vibrant neighborhoods. Yet, despite being in the heart of the action, the hotel managed to maintain a peaceful and quiet ambiance. Overall, Hotel Pine Tree exceeded all my expectations. I had booked this hotel pine 4 day back and i called them they are not confirming my booking asking for more money, after calling to OYO they paid same amount the hotel, they agreed to give hotel booking confirmation. The day I reache to hotel , they have shifted my booking to some other hotel , saying hotel is overbooked. I was stunned there. They are not ethical. Please check after booking also. I saw many time this is happening. Service: 1
