Townhouse by OYO Pine Tree

Services are good and staff also humble. Location wise I will recommend you to choose this place. they maintained cleanliness well in room's washroom. While in case of bedsheet and rajjai they are giving the used one. So, if you want to choose cost effective stay..then go for it. Travel group Couple Rooms: 3 Service: 4 Location: 4

I booked 2 rooms. Rooms and washrooms were not clean and were very smelly. Stayed there only for 3 hours and left Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

I had booked my room around 10 days ago, but due to high demand they gave my room to another guest as high price and whenever I going to check in they told that you pay low price, and ask to pay more for assign room, staff has no any sens in behaviour they are just like greedy and arrogant. Worst experience ever!! Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

Very good hotel at this price range Rooms: 3 Service: 5 Location: 3

Room: Excellent Services: Excellent Staff: Polite and Helpful Food: Excellent The location is a bit confusing as it's a bit inside. I've seen many reviews saying that they were overbooked, they denied oyo booking. Let me explain, Oyo app is messed up. It doesn't update on time. Also, Oyo makes the room very cheap just so they can increase sales, and it's not beneficial for the hotel. I'd suggest you to not book via Oyo, and call the hotel and ask if rooms would be available for your desired date. Oyo is just going downhill now. The average price for 1 night is around ₹1,200 only. The price is totally worth the room and the services provided. There's not even a single faulty electronic item in the room. AC works fine, Washrooms are clean, Geyser is working, Television is working with most of the channels unlocked. A great stay for me overall. Totally worth it. Even the tea tasted superb. I'd recommend trying the Butter Chicken Roll if you're a non vegetarian. Hotel highlights Luxury, Quiet, Great value
