"I had a wonderful stay at Pine tree hotel and the receptionist, miss kashyap was a standout! From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They provided us with helpful information about the local area and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Their positive attitude and willingness to help made our experience truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel, and especially commend Miss kashyap for their exceptional service!" The rooms were very neat and clean and so was the entire property. Food provided was very good and excceded expectations. There is an extra charge of 250 for ordering food from outside. The reception staff was a bit rude and uncooperative which was frustrating. Location of the hotel was extremely good with all the major areas of Indore easily accessible. Never Coming Back Here Again” Absolutely horrible experience. The staff were rude and arrogant from check-in to check-out. The room smelled of dampness, and the bedsheets looked like they hadn’t been changed in weeks. When I complained, the manager gave me attitude instead of an apology. This place doesn’t deserve even a single star. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

I recently stayed at Hotel Pine Tree and had a fantastic experience. The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and a modern design that made it feel like a home away from home. The amenities provided were top-notch, including a spacious bathroom, high-quality toiletries, and a well-equipped workspace. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, enhancing the overall stay. Additionally, the location was convenient, offering easy access to local attractions and dining options. I highly recommend Hotel Pine Tree for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Trip type Business Travel group Friends Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Absolutely best property in that segment around all on Indore City. Staff (Especially Mr Arjun, the head receptionist) are really professionals. Rooms are highly maintened and really clean. I've stayed here multiple times for months long and I'd always choose such a property to stay in.
