The worst hotel ever the make customer fool if you book from online they will ask more money if you not give money they will ask you to leave the hotel and book another hotel. I have booked 2 room for my family the check in time was 12 but they give us only 1 room at 2 pm check in. They give room illegally to local customers offline on OYO property and make us fool that all rooms are occupied and you have to go to another hotel.They have made there own business card for Offline line booking.(OYO HOTEL SCAME) Rooms: 2 Service: 1 Location: 3

A beautiful place to stay in Indore. Slightly away from the main road and it is good as it gives you the serene calm stay away from the noisy main road. Rooms are good with all basic amenities. Service right from check in to check out is excellent. From the reception to the in house keeping each one ready to serve you with a smile. Very helpful. Keep it up. Also food prepared fresh and is tasty. It does take a bit of time to come but worth the wait.

Room was not a hotel room. Do not go on room pics. It was very old , dirty walls, broken tap, Dirty Chair, Spidy webs. No Towel, Soap, Shampoo, Bucket in bathroom. Rust taps. Oyo's service room was all very dirty, the bed, blankets, pillows of the room were all very dirty and even the window curtains, even the shower head of the bathroom was not working. Or the worst thing is that the hotel did not accept our paid booking, we also lost our money, we also called the customer care, they did not help us, put us on hold and disconnected the call. I stayed 2 night at this hotel of Oyo , reception staff is very good and very cooperative but when I entered into room no 206 .. i was very disappointed. Their is no mirror in room, u hv to go into washroom and the mirror of was room too small. Cupboard handle damaged. No hanger in cupboard, one damaged hanger was there. Doormat was totally wet, I hv to asked 3 times thn they changed. Bedding was good in quality but towels was looking like used towels. For drinking water u hv to request. Conclusion: not happy with property only reception staff is ok

The place is nothing like as it is shown in the images. Rooms are very small and not that clean. Basic amenities like soap and shampoo were not present in the room. Furniture was also not in good condition and the linen was also soiled. They over promise everytime and deliver nothing.

I did like the location of the property as it is located in residential area and away from all the city noises. Also people who want to go to Ujjain it’s the best place to catch the AC/Non AC skyline buses from the main road. I did not like the rooms as they are very badly maintained. Washrooms are not cleaned properly and they sting badly. Bed and pillows are dirty. I didn’t find staff helpful.
