Pathetic Experience 1. I have booked the Room with breakfast included but the Oyo Team & owner has issue they said the breakfast in not included after already paying the amount. 2. They don't provide Hot water for bath we Booked the hotel during winters they have pathetic management. 3. The bedsheet and blankets are all dirty looks like they have never washed or changed those before. 4. The TV, AC won't work. 5. They don't have water bottle to nee guest they refill the tap Water and give us. I request owner to take the proper actions on the above request.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed, no cleaning no bedsheet change, smells bad worst staff. Don't go ever. They have shown the picture at the time of they open after that they never cleaned the room. Don't go don't waist your time. Dont go by pictures they are very much old, the rooms are in average condition but the bedsheets,AC comforter,Pillows are in bizzare condition and i doubt that they even wash them due to which i got skin allergy. One of the dirtiest rooms I have ever been to. The bedsheets were not changed and bathroom was stinky. We used our own beddings to sleep. We were given a dark room on ground floor with maximum things broken. Chair and other furniture was extremely dirty with spots. Cupboard was broken and looked like never cleaned since bought. There was a lot of water logging in the bathroom. The only silver lining is that the food taste was overall ok however they served us half cooked Dal and when complained, we were given a reason that it was because of hard water they were using. The checkout was smooth as there was no one available at the reception at 7 AM in the morning. The room charge was very low. At the time of booking we thought it must be some promotion by Oyo and we're happy. We only realised after visiting why it was so cheap...because if they charge more for such a pathetic service, people will definitely k!ll them. :-) Don't go blindly by the reviews given online and suggest to visit at your own risk. Pictures shown in the images are way too different from the actual scene. I had chose this property based on review but i guess all the positive reviews are fake. Bedsheet, room and every other things are not upto the mark. I really didn’t like the stay. The prices of room are so high and service they provide is just not in the same line.
