Extremely Disappointing Stay – Poor Service Despite Clean Rooms I had initially planned to stay at this hotel for more than 7 days, but due to the poor experience, I decided to check out immediately. There was no staff available to assist with my luggage during check-in or check-out. The AC in the room was not working, and even after lodging a complaint, it took more than 70 minutes for someone to respond and resolve the issue. In the restaurant (at the time of dinner), no one came to take my order for at least 15 minutes. I had to personally speak with the restaurant manager before anyone approached. Even after that, no staff came to take further orders during the meal. All of these delays and lack of service can be verified through CCTV footage, which clearly shows the absence of staff and my repeated attempts to get assistance. The only positive point I can mention is the room cleaning – it was done very well, and the housekeeping team maintained the room nicely. Overall, the lack of basic service, poor response time, and inadequate staff presence made the stay frustrating. Based on this experience, I had no choice but to change hotels.
